INGREDIENTS

–  ½ kg. of mushrooms

–  serrano ham

–  2 cloves of garlic

–  1 chilli pepper

–  extra virgin olive oil

–  salt

 

 

 

 

 

METHOD

 

This type of mushroom (níscalo) is most used, as it is both abundant and suits various foods.   It can be cooked on a barbacue, on a grill, in a stew, a soup of just with garlic. As with all mushrooms, we need to thoroughly clean them to remove any trace of soil.

Heat a frying pan with four or five spoons of olive oil. Add the garlic and the chilli pepper finely cut in slices .

Add the ham cut in small cubes and leave it to cook over low heat for ten minutes.
