Salmon, Limpias style

 
 
 
 

INGREDIENTS

–  1kg of salmon

–  50gr. ham cut in cubes

–  3  finely chopped cloves of garlic

–  1 lemon

 

–  Bread crumbs

–  Parsley

–  Olive oil

–  Salt

–  50gr. of anchovies

METHOD

 

Prepare a sauce with the lemon and the same amount of oil.

Season the salmon and cover it with the lemon sauce.

Mix the bread crumbs with the parsley and the ham and cover the slices of salmon before frying them with a bit of anchovies oil.

Serve it decorating it with anchovies.
