Stuffed sardines

 
 
 
 

INGREDIENTS

–  500gr of sardines

–  1 can of Santoña anchovies

–  100gr.of cream cheese

–  2 eggs

–  Flour

–  Olive oil

METHOD

 

Clean the sardines removing the heads and the backbone. Place a piece of cream cheese and an anchovy fillet inside each sardine.

Batter the sardines with the egg and flour and fry them.
